Nordic Knots is looking for an experienced, highly organised and service-minded Office Manager / PA to the Founders to create an exceptional workplace experience and provide trusted, proactive support to our founders.
This is a central role at the heart of Nordic Knots. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day office experience, ensure that practical operations run seamlessly and help bring our culture and standards to life across the organisation. Alongside this, you will support our founders with calendar management, travel, meetings and day-to-day coordination, always working with discretion, sound judgement and a strong sense of priority.
The right person combines a genuinely hands-on mindset with maturity, structure and a sharp eye for detail. You are naturally one step ahead, take pride in creating order and thoughtful experiences, and know how to navigate a global context, ensuring that employees beyond the head office feel equally included, connected and cared for, regardless of where they are based.
Key Responsibilities
About you
You bring qualified experience supporting founders or senior executives in a high-trust capacity, with responsibility for complex calendars, shifting priorities, travel and confidential matters. You have also led office operations and workplace experience across multiple locations, creating consistent standards while adapting to local needs.
You understand the pace, ambiguity and hands-on nature of an international scale-up environment. You anticipate needs, make sound decisions and move seamlessly between strategic coordination and practical execution. Previous experience from a similar global role, ideally within a founder-led organisation, is highly advantageous.
Calm, discreet and highly dependable, you combine a strong service mindset with personal integrity and high standards. You notice what needs to be done, take ownership and follow through with care.

The head office as well as the flagship store is located at Birger Jarlsgatan in central Stockholm. We have a constantly growing team in Sweden, the USA, France, and the UK.
