The Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate demand, and contribute directly to pipeline growth. You will work closely with Sales, subject-matter experts, and marketing colleagues to turn business priorities into impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining campaign execution, content creation, digital marketing, and analytics, while taking ownership from idea to measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Develop campaign messaging and activities based on customer needs, market insights, and commercial priorities.
- Manage campaigns across channels including LinkedIn, Google, email, webinars, events, partner channels, and the website.
- Create and optimize lead generation and nurture activities throughout the buyer journey.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure effective lead handover, follow-up, and conversion.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, landing pages, audiences, and conversion paths.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Create and coordinate engaging campaign content, including emails, landing pages, social media content, webinars, customer stories, and sales enablement materials.
- Localize and adapt global content for local market needs and target audiences.
- Support paid digital marketing activities with relevant messaging, content, and campaign assets.
- Drive marketing activities before and after webinars, trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs including leads, pipeline, conversion, and engagement.
- Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to support continuous improvement.

Experience & Skills
- * 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Good understanding of the B2B buyer journey, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or Google Ads is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
