About The RoleIn this role, you will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice, with a particular emphasis on Swedish Environmental Law and Energy Law, permitting matters, customer contracts (both B2B and B2C) and negotiations, site development agreements and dispute resolution.
You will work closely with the business and other legal professionals, managing complex legal matters independently while contributing to Fortum’s operations in a highly regulated and evolving energy environment.
As Legal Counsel, you will support Fortum’s business by identifying and managing legal opportunities and risks and translating complex legal questions into clear, practical business-relevant recommendations and solutions.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers, while taking independent responsibility for your assigned matters.
