Your Role
- Handle inquiries from merchants’ customers across all Nordic markets.
- Provide support via phone, chat, email, and social media.
- Be flexible, assisting different markets and processes as priorities shift.
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining empathy.
- Work toward individual and team KPIs for satisfaction, speed, and accuracy.
- Collaborate to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Follow a structured schedule where every day and task is clearly planned.
Who We’re Looking For
- Native fluency in Norwegian.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a BIG plus.
- Passionate about service and customer experience in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Comfortable shifting focus between channels and markets.
- Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
- Strong communicator, quick learner, confident with digital tools.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
