Would you like to join the Happiness Industry?We are looking for Front Office Team Members (Receptiemedewerker) to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).
What will you be responsible for?
- * Welcoming guests with professionalism, warmth, and a service‑oriented attitude.
- Managing check‑in, check‑out, and all front desk procedures.
- Handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.
- Managing reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles.
- Processing payments, invoices, and daily cashier tasks.
- Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Supporting the implementation of procedures and service standards for the hotel opening.
What are we looking for?
- * Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services roles, ideally in 4/5 hotels.
- Experience in hotel openings is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is highly valued.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
