Role Description:
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in transportation and logistics, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing, and presenting tailored proposals, negotiating contracts and pricing, and following up to close deals. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and service capabilities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and representing Nile Fleet at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, and account development within transportation or logistics services.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies and plans.
- Proficient in negotiation, contract management, and pricing discussions to secure profitable and sustainable agreements.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain logistics solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and sales reporting activities.
- Comfort with using CRM systems and basic office software for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
