Role Description The QS Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for interior decoration and fit-out projects. Daily activities include reviewing drawings and specifications, measuring quantities, sourcing and analyzing supplier and subcontractor quotations, and preparing detailed BOQs and cost breakdowns. The role involves coordinating with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure estimates align with design intent, budgets, and project timelines. The QS Estimator will support tender preparation, value engineering, and cost control during project execution, and maintain updated cost databases and pricing records. The position requires close attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
