Role Description The Laptop & Computer Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role involves diagnosing and repairing laptops, desktops, and all-in-one PCs, including hardware and software issues. The technician will perform routine computer maintenance, install and configure operating systems, and ensure devices meet performance and quality standards before sale or return to customers. Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, documenting repair activities, maintaining an organized workshop, and collaborating with sales staff to assess technical needs and advise on suitable solutions.
