About the RoleASM Group SAL is hiring a Dispatch Team Lead for our Jounieh office. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence by balancing active dispatching duties with team leadership, ensuring field technicians achieve high SLA compliance for U.S. clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily dispatch operations, work order scheduling, and technician routing.
Actively handle dispatch duties while guiding and training team members.
Ensure SLA compliance, monitor ETAs, and resolve client escalations promptly.
Maintain fluent, professional communication with field crews and U.S. client contacts.

Qualifications & Experience Experience: Minimum 1 year in a dispatching or service coordination role. * Language: Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory). * Skills: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and ability to multitask under pressure. * Technical:* Experience using CRM platforms or dispatch management software is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Base Salary: $1,500 USD per month. * Bonuses:* Performance-based incentive structure.
