Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from initial concept through construction documentation and implementation. This full-time, on-site role is based in Erbil and involves overseeing project planning, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and guiding internal teams to ensure design quality and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, producing drawings and specifications, reviewing and integrating engineering and consultant inputs, and monitoring project timelines and budgets. The Senior Architect will mentor junior team members, contribute to design reviews, and support coordination with contractors and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project outcomes.
