It works reach the fields of health, social, and education, to all people in need from children, women, and men, with equality, transparency, and justice. VISION: Tafaol Association seeks to become a sustainable, high-performing and reputable organization in providing humanitarian services, upgrading human beings to a high standard in health, education and living, and ensuring all human rights to reach a decent life. MISSION: Improve the quality of life through the provision of assistance and contribution to the people who are in need. Develop the society through collaboration with government and non-government agencies. Organization Structure: Our Administrative board are 7 members 3 of them are women, one of them is vice president. CEO is reporting to administrative board. Finance manager, Program Director, HR, Logistic, MEAL, IT & Public relation reporting to CEO. Activities/programs: Health Sector: Tafaol had lunched 6 medical centers under name of MASHAEL MEDICAL GROUP in most poverty areas in Central & West Bekaa. Two of these centers joined Primary care health Network. The group is providing more than 100,000 services annually to beneficiaries and vulnerable people. Education: Tafaol established 3 education centers which provided awareness sessions and training, plus we execute project related to Youth Function skills, Youth Basic Literacy and Numeracy, Digital platform through discovery platform, Life skills for Adolescent, TAVET & Teaching agenda in addition Intensive work to improve and advance the educational level through coordination and follow-up with Official and Private schools and the Ministry of Education. We are certified from Ministry of Education with EOI of YBLN. Livelihood and Protection: Tafaol Established HAQ Legal Center that Work on a file with a tight record of the members of the clans or Bedouins who form a large number by working with committees, legal, and judicial in coordination with the Ministry of Interior and attempting to deal with this file in an appropriate manner. We helped many stateless beneficiaries to get their right by getting Lebanese ID's by support them through our lawyers, plus we help many refugees to register birth certifications & marriage contracts. Also, we help many vulnerable through cash assistant and referral to other NGO's. Legal, psycho-social and gender assistance to violence survivors, especially women, but also children and the elderly.

The pathways that Talent Beyond Boundaries is establishing allow refugees to find stability and employers to gain new talent, while reducing the number of dependents on aid. Our “Talent Catalog” captures the skills and work experiences of +10,000 refugees representing +200 professions. Currently operating in Lebanon and Jordan, we partner with global employers – such as Accenture, EY, Deloitte, and Microsoft – to recruit refugee talent and collaborate with governments to create innovative pathways for their resettlement. To date, candidates have been hired in Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
