Talent Beyond Boundaries

Talent Beyond Boundaries is the only organization in the world connecting refugees to international job opportunities, opening labor mobility as a complementary solution to traditional refugee resettlement. War and conflict have forced millions of skilled people to find refuge in places where they are unable to work legally. Talent Beyond Boundaries is working to connect this often excluded talent pool with employers around the world who are searching for skilled workers. The pathways that Talent Beyond Boundaries is establishing allow refugees to find stability and employers to gain new talent, while reducing the number of dependents on aid. Our “Talent Catalog” captures the skills and work experiences of +10,000 refugees representing +200 professions. Currently operating in Lebanon and Jordan, we partner with global employers – such as Accenture, EY, Deloitte, and Microsoft – to recruit refugee talent and collaborate with governments to create innovative pathways for their resettlement. To date, candidates have been hired in Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
