Senior UI/UX Designer
üìç Netherlands- hybrid- 2 days a week from the office in Nijmegen | Full-time
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to own and shape the UX vision across our platform. If you love turning complex, operational challenges into clean, intuitive experiences -and want to build a design system from the ground up - this is your role.
What you'll do:
üîπ Define and drive UX strategy, translating business goals and user needs into clear design direction
üîπ Lead user research and discovery to uncover customer needs and shape product decisions
üîπ Design intuitive interfaces, user flows, and interaction patterns for complex operational workflows
üîπ Build and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency across the product portfolio
üîπ Partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver implementation-ready designs
üîπ Set the standard for UI/UX ‚Äî mentoring designers and driving design excellence
What you'll bring:
‚úÖ 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design, ideally in SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-heavy environments
‚úÖ Strong expertise in user research and usability testing
‚úÖ Proven experience designing end-to-end customer journeys and scalable interaction models
‚úÖ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills (Agile environments)
‚úÖ Experience building or scaling design systems and mentoring design teams
‚úÖ Proficiency in Figma, familiarity with Tailwind/CSS, and comfort using AI tools for rapid prototyping
