You will proactively identify, engage and build relationships with both active and passive candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment methodologies. The ideal candidate is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record of successfully recruiting highly educated professionals within a corporate or agency environment. You are confident partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and market trends.
You combine strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a proactive, commercial and relationship-driven approach. Your ability to identify and engage hard-to-find talent enables you to deliver results in a competitive market while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
You are fluent in both Dutch and English, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. In addition, you bring energy, resilience and a hands-on mentality, continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and challenge the status quo.
A bachelor's degree and at least four years of relevant recruitment experience are required. Experience recruiting consulting, professional services, technology or other highly skilled professionals will be considered a strong advantage.
