- Optimization of recruiting processes and KPI management
- Collaboration with international stakeholders and participation in projects
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in white-collar recruiting, including interviewing and active sourcing
- Leadership experience in international teams
- Strong market understanding and stakeholder management skills
- Organizational talent, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and operational excellence
- Fluent Dutch, and English
