Would you like to join the Happiness Industry?We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our 5-star Rijnhaven Hotel located in Rotterdam. What will you be responsible for?
- * Preventing, identifying, and repairing faults, defects, and anomalies in the hotel's facilities and equipment.
- Monitoring and optimizing energy consumption, contributing to the property's operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Understanding and applying current Occupational Health and Safety regulations, as well as the building's self-protection and evacuation plans.
- Maintaining smooth and coordinated relationships with external maintenance providers and technical service companies.
- Identifying and keeping records of all equipment and facilities subject to maintenance.
- Performing basic building and equipment maintenance repairs, coordinating with the needs communicated by other hotel departments and in accordance with established preventive maintenance plans.

What are we looking for?
- * Higher Vocational Training Diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training qualification in Maintenance-related fields (Electrical Systems, HVAC, Facilities Management, Electromechanics, or similar).
- Knowledge of current regulations and legislation applicable to public-use buildings.
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or similar environments.
- Knowledge of Legionella prevention and control procedures, particularly in spa facilities, swimming pools, and domestic water systems.
