You will act as the commercial face of the organisation towards healthcare institutions while collaborating closely with pharmacists, operational teams, and healthcare professionals. The focus is on developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting customers with both commercial and medication-related solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare organisations, including elderly care and mental healthcare institutions
- Identify commercial opportunities and translate customer needs into tailored service solutions
- Advise customers on medication processes and medication safety in collaboration with pharmacists and healthcare specialists
- Present services and educational initiatives to healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Coordinate internally with Operations, Finance, Pharmacists, and Customer Service teams
- Support tender processes by providing customer insights and commercial input
- Contribute to market growth and increased market share within existing and new healthcare accounts

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent HBO working and thinking level
- Commercial experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related environment
- Experience managing customer relationships and stakeholder networks
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Dutch
- Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities independently
- Affinity with pharmaceuticals, pharmacy services, or healthcare delivery models
- Team-oriented mindset with the willingness to learn from experienced colleagues

- Salary between €3,235 and €4,529 based on 36 hours and experience
