About The JobAs Chef at The Harbour Club Amsterdam Zuid, you are the driving force behind our kitchen. You lead by example, inspire your team, safeguard quality and create an exceptional culinary experience that reflects both our brand and the high standards of our iconic venue.
You lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency in every service. From vibrant restaurant evenings to exclusive events and private dining experiences, you make sure everything runs seamlessly. You're a hands-on leader on the kitchen floor, coaching your team, bringing structure and maintaining the creativity and passion that define our cuisine.
You work closely with the Executive Chef to create menus. Together with the Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, and Executive Chef, you form the culinary heart of the hotel. You communicate smoothly with the service team and know exactly how to distribute and check orders.

Job RequirementsWHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT HEAD CHEF
- * Culinary level 3 or 4 degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Product and cooking technique knowledge
- Experience with HACCP
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Passion for cooking and detail-oriented
- Flexible and available evenings, weekends, and holidays
