About The JobAs a Breakfast Chef you are co-responsible for preparing and serving dishes according to recipe during breakfast and lunch at The Lobby Nesplein with 75 seats.
You will report to the Chef and are involved in the creation of the menu. You will further be involved in ensuring, improving and upholding the quality and service of The Lobby. Also, complying with and working according to HACCP is of great importance.
About You
- You completed culinary school;
- You enjoy working in a team;
- You're fluent in Dutch and English;
- You are very creative and can find solutions to dietary wishes and allergies;
- You have knowledge of HACCP;
