In 2016, a group of young Lebanese friends willing to mark a positive impact in society started an NGO called "The North Pole" also known as Santa's factory . People from all over the region send Santa a letter via our social media touchpoints or The North Pole's post office narrating stories of underprivileged families who need The North Pole's help to remain sustainable. At the end of each month, The North Pole ambassadors silently drop a package filled with food, clothes, personal hygiene products, toys for the kids, covers and the like at the door step of these families with just a note that says from Santa. Once, The North Pole adopts a family it commits itself to providing it with its monthly basic needs and works towards helping eligible members of that family find employment.

Their diverse backgrounds and common purpose made them a valuable team, giving humanitarian assistance to displaced people, hoping that the message of hope would spread through their diversity to contribute to building a better future.
