Role Description The Senior AWS DevOps Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan. This role is responsible for leading a DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud infrastructures. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment and testing processes, managing infrastructure as code, and ensuring seamless integration between development and operations. The team lead will collaborate with software development, QA, and product stakeholders to improve delivery speed, reliability, and system performance, while mentoring team members and establishing best practices in DevOps and cloud operations.
