The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

Responding to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, and other communication channels.
Providing clear and accurate information about our services.
Following up with customers and handling concerns or complaints professionally.
Coordinating with team members to resolve customer requests when needed.
Maintaining organized records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
Ensuring customers receive timely, professional, and helpful support.
