1. Entity Background:

Transparency International Lebanon - No Corruption (TI-LB) is Lebanon’s leading advocate for transparency, accountability, and good governance. Since 1999, TI-LB has been on the front lines of the fight against corruption, working to strengthen institutional integrity across Lebanon’s public and private sectors. As the national chapter of Transparency International, we believe in more than just envisioning a corruption-free society—we are actively making it happen by driving change, empowering citizens, and holding institutions accountable.

With a people-centered approach, TI-LB tackles corruption from multiple angles, guided by a robust Impact Matrix that emphasizes three core areas: Policy & Institutional Change, Behavior Change, and Awareness & Outreach. We operate as a guiding thread and conveying channel between international organizations, civil society, and citizens, creating a chain of dialogue and collaboration that promotes a participative approach to anti-corruption efforts. This continuous exchange of information fosters transparency, ensures well-informed communities, and bridges gaps between global standards and local needs.

2. Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop a wide range of visual and multimedia materials across TI-LB’s projects and institutional communications, including branding, social media posts, covers, brochures, logos, infographics, signage, stickers, web pages, annual reports,full scale branding and communication materials, 2D animations, and basic video editing, while ensuring adherence to TI-LB and the projects’ visual identity and brand guidelines
Create and edit short-form video and animated content for social media, campaigns, events, and other communication needs.
Review final visual layouts and multimedia outputs, providing strategic design editing recommendations for enhancement when necessary.
Coordinate closely with the Communications and Advocacy Unit to assess multimedia needs and align outputs with project and organizational objectives.
Develop initial concepts and creative drafts based on an approved briefs.
Manage the end-to-end design and multimedia/creative production process, from concept to production.
Adapt communication materials across different platforms, formats, audiences, and project requirements, including digital, social media, video, and print.
Maintain brand consistency across all materials, reinforcing TI-LB’s core message and values in a recognizable and compelling manner.
Ensure all multimedia and design outputs are integrated with broader communication strategies and channels for maximum impact.

3. Required Qualification and Experience:

Professional experience

Up to 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and multimedia production, including project identity creation, layout design, basic 2D animation, basic video-editing and visual storytelling.
Previous experience working on reform, policy or development-related project is an asset.

Technical skills and competencies

Proficiency in design and multimedia software, including Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to details and the ability to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content for both digital platforms and print formats.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams and receive feedback constructively.
The Multimedia Officer will be required to use their own laptop for the duration of the assignment.
