Transparency International Lebanon - No Corruption (TI-LB) is Lebanon’s leading advocate for transparency, accountability, and good governance. Since 1999, TI-LB has been on the front lines of the fight against corruption, working to strengthen institutional integrity across Lebanon’s public and private sectors. As the national chapter of Transparency International, we believe in more than just envisioning a corruption-free society—we are actively making it happen by driving change, empowering citizens, and holding institutions accountable.

With a people-centered approach, TI-LB tackles corruption from multiple angles, guided by a robust Impact Matrix that emphasizes three core areas: Policy & Institutional Change, Behavior Change, and Awareness & Outreach. 2. Scope of Work:

Transparency International Lebanon (TI-LB) is seeking an experienced Communication and Advocacy Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of TI-LB’s communication and advocacy strategy. This role requires an experienced practitioner who can drive TI-LB’s engagement with stakeholders, foster advocacy initiatives for good governance, and leverage evidence-based messaging to support Lebanon’s transparency and anti-corruption efforts. Working in alignment with TI-LB’s Impact Matrix, the Communication and Advocacy Coordinator will focus on three core impact areas: Policy and Institutional Change, Behavior Change, and Enforcement of Policies. Under the guidance of the Communication and Advocacy Manager, this role will also collaborate closely with program managers across all TI-LB projects to ensure each project contributes to these strategic objectives.

3. Key Responsibilities:

Project Communication and Deliverables:

Ensure consistency between project-level communication activities and TI-LB’s broader messaging, visual identity, and communication approach.
Coordinate with project teams to translate project activities, findings, events, and advocacy priorities into clear communication deliverables. Create the content for communication materials across projects, including social media content, reports, press releases, factsheets, infographics, presentations, campaign materials, and event visibility materials.
Liaise with graphic designers, multimedia staff, photographers and videographers, printing houses, and other service providers, following up on production, revisions, and final delivery.

Community Management and Engagement:

Manage TI LB’s social media accounts: Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, X and Youtube.
Create and edit websites and platforms content in coordination with the researchers, legal consultants and projects team.
Monitor community feedback, insights, and interactions and respond to emerging issues effectively.

Advocacy Events and Stakeholder Engagement:

Organize and coordinate advocacy events, forums, and campaigns to further TI-LB’s impact objectives, ensuring these initiatives align with the core areas of Policy and Institutional Change, Behavior Change, and Enforcement of Policies.
Coordinate communication and visibility needs before, during, and after events, including branding, invitations, social media coverage, photography and videography, and media materials.
Support coordination and engagement with TI-LB’s stakeholder network, including donors, government agencies, peer organizations, and regional and global partners, to advance TI-LB’s impact goals.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Maintain organized archives of communication materials, event document, and project outputs.
Contribute to project reporting by compiling communication-related data, analtics, activities, and supporting documentation.
Provide regular updates on ongoing communication activities, upcoming deadlines, and pending deliverables to the Communications and Advocacy Unit and relevant project teams.

4. Required Qualification and Experience:

Education

Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Journalism, Communications, Political Science).

Professional experience

At least 5 years of experience in advocacy, policy, or communication within humanitarian, development, or anti-corruption fields.
Proven ability to coordinate the production of communication materials and working with graphic designers, multimedia professionals, photographer, videographers, printers, and other service providers.

Technical skills and competencies

Strong writing ability in both English and Arabic.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
Good understanding of social media planning, content management, community engagement, and digital communication.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder and media engagement.
Proficiency in managing CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), optimizing websites for search engines (SEO), and leveraging data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to enhance platform performance, user experience, and visibility.
