Job Purpose / Main Functions:

The Senior CP/GBV Officer is responsible for leading the implementation and follow-up of CP and GBV activities in the field, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services to beneficiaries.

The role focuses on:

• Supervising the team and ensuring accountability for results

• Monitoring the quality and quantity of implementation

• Ensuring full compliance with technical standards and SOPs

• Coordinating with the Technical Unit for guidance, validation, and capacity support

The Senior Officer acts as the link between field implementation and technical oversight and plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality program delivery, adherence to CP standards, and collaboration with community stakeholders.
