Programs and Partnerships Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:  

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including private sector representatives, educational institutions, NGOs, community stakeholders, and government entities.  
• Oversee daily operations of the Innovation facility, including managing inquiries, coordinating resources, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth implementation of activities. 
• Supervise the implementation process, covering registration, outreach, and record maintenance for the youth database.  
• Develop and implement a booking system for training sessions, prioritizing content partners.  
• Manage Innovation Lab operations, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to the Code of Conduct.  
• Foster positive relationships with donors through regular meetings and clear communication.  
• Ensure projects meet their intended objectives by monitoring progress and addressing any challenges.  
• Work with the finance team to handle financial transactions, including petty cash and invoice processing. 
• Work with other colleagues on effective programs coordination. Laise with the media team to ensure visibility and media coverage. 
• Act as the primary liaison for program activities and attend relevant meetings.  
• Develop strategies to ensure long-term sustainability of the Innovation Lab and programs, including fundraising campaigns and relevant events and activities. 
• Maintain accurate records, including HR files, financial documents, policies, and other key administrative records.  
• Ensure strong communication and engagement with the youth participants.   
• Support the coordination and implementation of activities across RE locations whenever required. 
• Represent RE in meetings, networking events, partnership discussions, and coordination forums when required. 
• Contribute to the development of new initiatives, programs, and opportunities that align with RE's mission and strategic objectives. 
• Support proposal development, concept note preparation, and project design for existing and new programs. 
• Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships that support program implementation, innovation, and organizational growth. 

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Participate in mandatory training sessions, including those focused on SEA-related topics (Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) and awareness initiatives.  
• Provide Training sessions as requested by the Programs/Project Manager, Administration Manager, or Executive Director, based on the employee’s area of work and expertise. 
• Adhere to the organization's Code of Conduct, Child Protection Policy, and all relevant policies.  
• Support the dissemination of protection and ethics-related materials.  
• Report any allegations of SEA in good faith to the Child Protection Focal Point.  
• Assist in investigations related to potential SEA cases when required.  
• Ensure all personnel comply with the organization's conduct policies.  
• Facilitate communication with team members during investigations.  
• Maintain organized records of signed conduct policies and relevant personnel documents.  
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project success.  
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director / management 
• Support organizational learning, knowledge management 
• Contribute to proposal development, strategic planning discussions, and organizational improvement initiatives when required. 

Education, Experience and Skills  

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in social work, youth empowerment programs, economics, human resources, or related fields.  
• Strong skills in reporting, communication, interpersonal relations, and negotiation.  
• Experience working with diverse age groups and social backgrounds.  
• Proven ability to collaborate with local communities and government authorities.  
• Outgoing personality with confidence in engaging with donors and stakeholders.  
• Proactive approach with the ability to drive projects toward their goals.  
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a focus on program sustainability.  
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.  
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.  
• Experience in project and program management, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. 
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and donor relations. 
• Experience in proposal development, concept note preparation, and project design is considered an asset. 
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, activities, and stakeholders simultaneously. 
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills. 
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective coordination across teams and locations. 

Others  

• Residency in Mount Lebanon or a relevant governorate (ideally Chouf, Aley or Jbeil). 
• Motorized (Have a car) and Driving License
