Palestinian Association for Human Rights (Witness) | المؤسسة الفلسطينية لحقوق الانسان (شاهد)

The Palestinian Association for Human Rights (Witness) is an independent association working towards improving the living conditions of the Palestinians, to meet basic human rights and international conventions and standards of living. Based in Beirut Lebanon, the association also focuses on promoting the culture of democracy and responsibility among the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon, as a major part of the Palestinian Diaspora; and protecting the basic Palestinian rights of return and self-determination. المؤسسة الفلسطينية لحقوق الإنسان (شاهد) هي مؤسسة حقوقية غير حكومية معنية بأوضاع الإنسان الفلسطيني.مقرها مدينة بيروت في لبنان. تعمل (شاهد) وفق المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة بحقوق الإنسان، وتدعو إلى سيادة القانون القائم على الشرعة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني.كما تدعم (شاهد) جميع الجهود من أجل ممارسة الشعب الفلسطيني حقه في تقرير المصير وعودة اللاجئين إلى ديارهم وممتلكاتهم.
