Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with NGO standards and applicable labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with HR and donor requirements.
- Oversee staff contracts, HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits.
- Support safeguarding, staff wellbeing, and a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Provide HR guidance to managers and program teams.
- Lead staff development, training, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Performance Management & KPI
- Lead the KPI and performance appraisal process.
- Support managers in setting clear and measurable KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Monitor performance and identify development and training needs.
- Coordinate performance reviews and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the NGO/humanitarian sector.
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor law and HR practices.
- Experience in KPI development, performance management, and performance appraisal.
- Understanding of safeguarding, staff wellbeing, and NGO compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
