Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience in the social, mental health, addiction, or NGO sector is required
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and team management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to handle sensitive beneficiary situations with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the Reception & Orientation team
- Ensure the effective reception, assessment, and orientation of beneficiaries
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and relevant departments
- Support staff in handling complex and sensitive situations
- Ensure proper follow-up, documentation, and referral processes
- Contribute to the development and improvement of Reception & Orientation procedures
