RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to the Communication Department, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
Input, update, and maintain data in SAP (PRFs and Reports) and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the coordination of the communication calendar including campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows across communications, programs, and development teams.
Generate reports and maintain records of campaign performance, donor engagement, and communications metrics.
Secure monthly human stories from the field that would allow to generate the Stories from the Field monthly report to the donor as well as all to feed the communication of OML and its partners
Input, update, maintain and archive the photo library of the communication department
Support the communication department and its team whenever needed
Maintain and organize communication archives, visual assets, and content libraries.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, International Development, Communication or in a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative support role.
Solid work experience in communications preferable within renowned NGO
Strong administrative, organizational, and data management skills.
Familiarity with PRF, CRM, and digital communication tools.
Understanding of the Lebanese media and NGO landscape is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to demonstrate non-discriminatory behavior and attitudes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word...)
Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, particularly SAP
Proficiency in Social Media platforms
Fluency in French, Arabic and English
