Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons
Adapt teaching methods and learning materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that promotes student participation, wellbeing, and academic success.
Develop, administer, and grade assessments and examinations to monitor student progress and learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and student progress records.
Participate in all training and capacity-building opportunities provided by Beit Atfal Assomoud
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and the application of effective teaching practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree , or a related field; a Teaching Diploma is preferred.
Minimum of two years' teaching experience in English, preferably with middle school students.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong communication, interpersonal, classroom management, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated creativity, enthusiasm, and a student-centered teaching approach.
High standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital learning tools.
Demonstrated commitment to child safeguarding, confidentiality, and adherence to the organization's Child Protection Policy.
