M&E Officer Intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in collecting and organizing project monitoring data.
Support field visits and project monitoring activities.
Assist in developing and updating data collection tools and forms.
Enter, clean, and organize data accurately.
Support the preparation of monitoring reports and dashboards.
Assist in tracking project indicators and progress against targets.
Support beneficiary feedback and complaints mechanisms.
Maintain accurate MEAL records and documentation.
Assist in data verification and quality checks.
Support the documentation of lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations.
Coordinate with project and program teams to obtain required information.
Perform other MEAL-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Education: Senior student or fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

• ​Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically  Excel for record keeping and  Word).
• ​Soft Skills:
  • ​Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • ​Reliability and confidentiality in handling sensitive NGO documents and correspondence.
  • ​Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with staff and delivery personnel.
  • ​Punctuality and commitment to completing daily operational tasks.
