Main Tasks:
Develop the monitoring and evaluation plan for each program and project.
Develop scientific and reliable monitoring and evaluation tools to ensure effective collection and analysis of program and project data.
Provide relevant timely updates to the direct supervisor on the progress of M&E activities.
Measure KPIs set by the Program/Project Managers and coordinate with the field officers to collect data.
Provide field officers with M&E tools and support in their implementation.
Conduct field M&E visits to observe, validate, and capture additional data.
Participate in focus groups to generate topics for survey to be conducted by Movement Social.
Prepare periodic reports according to the partners’ M&E standards and requirements.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports about M&E activity as instructed by the direct supervisor.
Act as a focal point for MEAL processes on specific projects, closely following up with MEAL Officers and field teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
Support and shadow MEAL Officers on complex projects to strengthen consistency and improve overall MEAL performance across centers.
Ensure documentation and archiving of MEAL tools, reports, and datasets following established protocols.
Job Requirements:
Job requires allocation of time between office work and field visits to various regions of the country.
Job requires high levels of integrity and objectivity.
