Migration Services and Development (MSD) is a Lebanese NGO working to strengthen the protection and psychosocial well-being of displaced and conflict-affected communities, including Lebanese returnees, Syrian refugees, and migrant workers.

MSD is launching a new project aiming to enhance emotional well-being, social connectedness, and access to protection services. To support the implementation of project activities, MSD is hiring two Facilitators who will report to the Project Coordinator. This position is based in Beirut, with regular field travel across Beirut, Metn, Chouf, and Saida.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate awareness sessions on stress management.
Facilitate MHPSS sessions on life skills and emotional support.
Create safe, respectful, and inclusive group environments.
Prepare materials and session reports.
Ensure that the required documentation is up to date and accurate.
Apply do-no-harm and safeguarding principles at all times.

Requirements

Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Experience in session facilitation.
Prior NGO experience preferred.
Understanding of ethics, PSEA, and safe participation.
