Introduction about MSF:
Depending on the evolving security and humanitarian context, the Emergency Nurse will primarily focus on two areas of intervention: supporting hospitals and Primary Health Care Centres (PHCCs) affected by a potential conflict, with priority given to nurses specialised in emergency care, and participating in MSF mobile clinics to provide healthcare services to affected communities and displaced populations.

- Data entry: Record and submit patient and activity data accurately and on time using the designated data collection and reporting tools.
- Identify emergency conditions and clinical deterioration, including hypertensive urgency, severe hyperglycaemia, respiratory distress, altered consciousness and other clinical red flags. Immediately inform the medical doctor and support stabilization according to MSF protocol.
- Ensure infection prevention and control standards in temporary and mobile working environments, including hand hygiene, sharps safety, cleaning of equipment and safe management of accidental exposure.
