3MB Association is seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead projects supporting persons with disabilities, children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate with staff, specialists, volunteers, families, schools, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, outcomes, and impact.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Manage project budgets and ensure resources are used effectively.
- Identify challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, awareness activities, and community events.
- Support fundraising activities and contribute to donor proposals and reports.
- Ensure that projects follow the association's objectives, policies, and safeguarding standards.
- Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Social Work, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project management, preferably within an NGO, association, education, disability, or social-services setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good report-writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience working with persons with disabilities or children with autism is an advantage.
- Experience with NGOs, donors, grants, or community-based projects is an advantage.
- Arabic and English proficiency; French is an advantage.
