Manage counterpart engagement and negotiations

Monitor performance, financial results and accountability
• Track income, cost recovery and performance against the approved annual minimum floor, growth trajectory and agreed targets; maintain a consolidated dashboard for management and relevant oversight bodies.
• Ensure income and cost data are accurate, timely and reconciled with Finance, and that management and donor reporting use consistent, validated figures.
• Analyse variances, identify underperformance and recommend corrective action, including revisions to implementation plans, pricing or counterpart engagement where approved.
• Provide clear, evidence-based updates on achievements, financial results, risks, mitigation measures and next-period priorities.
Build team capacity and institutional ownership

• Contribute to contingency planning and business continuity for FSO activities in a volatile operating environment and perform other related duties consistent with the role.
Function Specific Experience
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, including accountability for the results of a programme, unit, business line or revenue stream.
