1. Scope of Work
- Participate in a pre-workshop coordination meeting with ADI and the relevant organizers.
- Review the three-day agendas, objectives, participant profile and available background materials.
- Prepare the facilitation approach, session flow, guiding questions, participatory exercises and any required facilitation materials.
- Facilitate the workshop in Tunis on 24, 25 and 26 October 2026 in line with the approved agendas and agreed objectives.
- Maintain an inclusive, respectful, safe and time-conscious learning environment, ensuring balanced participation and sensitivity to diverse identities and experiences.
- Coordinate closely with the organizing team, speakers, resource persons and interpreters, and adapt the facilitation approach where necessary to keep the programme on track.
- Capture key discussion points, decisions, recommendations, follow-up actions and relevant participant feedback.
- Submit a clear final narrative report of approximately 5-8 pages within five working days following the workshop.

3. Workshop and Travel Schedule
- 23 October 2026: Travel to Tunis.
- 24-26 October 2026: Full-day presence and facilitation in accordance with the attached agendas.
- 27 October 2026: Return travel.
4. Logistics and Support
ADI, working through its Secretariat and fiscal host as applicable, will coordinate the assignment logistics. Subject to prior approval and applicable travel procedures, the following support will be provided:
- Economy-class round-trip travel to and from Tunis.
- Visa-related support and reimbursement of approved visa costs, if applicable.
- Hotel accommodation in Tunis for the approved travel period, from 23 to 27 October 2026.
- Meals and refreshments during the workshop days, in accordance with the event arrangements.
- Reasonable administrative, technical and logistical support required for facilitation on site.
5. Consultancy Fee and Payment
The Consultant will receive a total consultancy fee of USD 2,500 for five working days: one day of preparation, three days of workshop facilitation, and one day for preparation of the final report.
Payment will be processed by SALAMA, in its capacity as ADI’s fiscal host, via bank transfer within 15 working days following satisfactory completion and acceptance of all deliverables and receipt of a valid invoice. The Consultant shall provide the required banking details and supporting documentation. Any applicable statutory taxes or deductions will be handled in accordance with the relevant legal and financial requirements.
6. Ethical Standards and Code of Conduct
The Consultant shall adhere to ADI’s values and all applicable codes of conduct, safeguarding requirements and standards on Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH), including:
- Commitment to human rights, social justice, equality and non-discrimination.
- Respect for diversity, dignity, confidentiality and intersectionality.
- Creation of a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Prompt reporting of any safeguarding concern through the appropriate channels.
