Outreach and Promotion

Actively promote Al Majmoua's range of products in local community through regular marketing initiatives and by maintaining high visibility in the community.
Ensure that Al Majmoua's public image as a professional, reliable and progressive Organization is consistently maintained.
Determine with the Branch Manager and the Regional Manager perceived market opportunities for designated coverage area, identifying the principle economic activities of prospective clients.
Set annual outreach objectives and establish monthly growth projections.
Discuss perceived market opportunities and barriers at weekly Branch meetings.
Assist periodically in training of new analysts through monitoring.

Screening and Loan Approval

Group Lending

Conduct innovative and dynamic promotional meetings for prospective clients: clearly explain eligibility requirements per product, and emphasize collective responsibilities and liabilities for Group Loan products.
Attend group meetings.
Verify internal accounts and troubleshoot when required.
Undertake preliminary training of loan terms and obligations for new groups.
Complete necessary Administration procedures and disburse loans.
Conduct client rating and assess eligibility for loan renewal.

Individual Lending

Conduct initial screening of prospective clients according to the eligibility criteria and preliminary check on the client’s personal reputation and credit-worthiness.
Complete loan application and credit assessment procedures for selected clients and prepare recommendations.
Present applications with recommendations to the appropriate level of Credit Committee (depending on the loan size.
Complete Administration procedures based on the Credit Committee decision: contact clients for further information if necessary.
Submit loan request for successful applicants for disbursement through the Branch Office.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Monitor portfolio reports daily to track repayments.
Conduct sporadic visits to clients to verify loan progress, gather client feedback, maintain visibility.
Build personalized relationships to enhance client information and mutual trust.
Ensure that the Delinquency Management Policies and Procedures are enforced.
Inform the Branch Manager in cases of missed payments due to external or unavoidable circumstances and attempt to work with clients to assist them in fulfilling loan terms and requirements.
Ensure that the delinquency management procedures are followed precisely and systematically, in cases of delinquency without justification.

Performance Management

Establish annual loan portfolio growth targets and monthly growth projections, and continuously monitor progress in achieving these.
Meet weekly with the Branch Manager to evaluate the scope of client outreach (numbers of new clients, renewals and drop outs), and the portfolio development (size, quantity and value of loans, and repayment performance).
Prepare monthly performance reports detailing achievements, constraints, strength and recommendations.
Prepare quarterly reports describing achievement of targets, market opportunities and impediments.
Assess competitiveness of Al Majmoua’s products based on client feedback and observation, and to make regular recommendations on perceived market opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
Provide customer feedback on Al Majmoua products, and continuously propose strategies for improvement of services, systems and procedures.
