J.A.D. – Youth Against Drugs is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director of Institutional Advancement to support the organization’s growth, sustainability, and development of strategic partnerships.

The Director of Institutional Advancement will work closely with J.A.D.’s leadership to expand the organization’s network of donors, partners, foundations, corporations, NGOs, and international organizations, while identifying new funding and collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fundraising and institutional advancement strategies.

Identify potential donors, grants, sponsorships, and funding opportunities.

Establish and maintain relationships with local and international partners.

Approach foundations, corporations, international organizations, and other potential supporters.

Support the preparation and presentation of partnership and funding proposals.

Represent J.A.D. in relevant meetings, networking opportunities, and partnership discussions.

Develop opportunities for corporate sponsorships and strategic collaborations.

Contribute to the organization’s long-term financial sustainability and institutional growth.

Maintain professional follow-up with prospective donors and partners.

We are looking for a highly professional candidate with a strong track record and an excellent CV, preferably with demonstrated experience in fundraising, business development, institutional relations, donor engagement, partnerships, or the NGO/development sector.

Compensation: This position is based on a commission/performance-based compensation structure. Full details, including the commission mechanism and terms, will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates during the first meeting.
