INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering youth through education in entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy. As part of the regional INJAZ Al-Arab network and the global JA Worldwide (Junior Achievement) network, INJAZ Lebanon partners with schools, universities, private sector companies and donors to provide programmes that prepare young people for the future of work.Position Summary
As the Learning Technology Specialist, you will help run and improve our digital learning platforms, so that learners, volunteers, staff and partner organisations have a smooth, reliable experience.

What you will do

Keep our digital learning platforms running day to day, and get them ready for launches, pilots and updates
Be the first point of support for learners, volunteers, staff and partner administrators, and escalate complex issues to our technology partners
Coordinate with technology vendors on fixes, releases and the platform backlog
Test new features, courses and user journeys before they go live
Handle learning management system (LMS) administration: course uploads, access, visibility and certificates
Train and guide staff and partner teams, and turn user feedback into practical improvements

What you will bring

5+ years of experience in digital platform operations, learning technology, LMS administration, technical support coordination or a similar field
Experience working with vendors or development teams, using trackers, tickets or backlog tools
Clear written and spoken Arabic and English; French is a plus
Ease with non-technical users, and the ability to explain technical issues simply
Strong organisation and attention to detail across several platforms and stakeholders
Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM or xAPI is a plus
