INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering youth through education in entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy. As part of the regional INJAZ Al-Arab network and the global JA Worldwide (Junior Achievement) network, INJAZ Lebanon partners with schools, universities, private sector companies and donors to provide programmes that prepare young people for the future of work.

Position Summary
As the Learning Coordinator, you will keep our learning content work organised and moving: from researching and mapping programmes to following production, translation and publishing, and working day to day with partner teams in several countries.

What you will do

• Coordinate a shared workplan for learning content, and keep tasks, deadlines and decisions on track
• Keep content records in order: catalogue, label and tag courses, modules and resources so they are easy to find and reuse
• Research programmes, sources and good practice, and summarise what you find clearly
• Map existing programmes to skills and learning objectives with the learning design team
• Follow content production, translation and adaptation with designers, translators and suppliers
• Be the day-to-day link with partner teams in several countries: answer questions, gather feedback and organise online workshops
• Use AI tools smartly to research, draft, translate and organise, and check what they produce

  What you will bring

• 3+ years of experience in education, learning programmes, project coordination or a similar field
• A degree in education, social sciences, communication or a related field
• A good grasp of learning terms such as learning objectives, assessment and blended learning
• Strong research skills, and a careful, consistent way of organising and labelling information
• Clear written and spoken Arabic and English; French is a plus
• Confident, practical use of AI tools and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Experience working with several countries or partners, and with a learning platform (LMS), is a plus
