Volunteer Opportunity

DPNA is seeking motivated young volunteers between the ages of 18 and 30 to participate in and support community-based activities and initiatives in Saida in preparation for 2027 and the important occasion of the city’s designation as a Capital of Culture and Dialogue.

Applicants may express their interest in one or more of the following sectors:

• Environment
• Community Committees in Saida Neighborhoods
• Entrepreneurship
• Tourism
• Activities and Initiatives with Older Persons
• Culture and Heritage

 

Main Resposibilities

Depending on the selected sector and activity, volunteers may:

• Support the organization and implementation of community activities, events, campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
• Participate in environmental and community-based initiatives.
• Support activities implemented in collaboration with community committees in Saida neighborhoods.
• Contribute to entrepreneurship and youth-led initiatives.
• Participate in tourism-related activities and initiatives promoting local cultural and community assets.
• Support recreational, social, and community activities involving older persons.
• Assist with community outreach and mobilization.
• Support participant registration, attendance, and basic activity documentation when needed.
• Work collaboratively with DPNA staff, other volunteers, community members, and local stakeholders.
• Respect DPNA’s policies, Code of Conduct, safeguarding requirements, and confidentiality principles.

 

Eligibility and Requirements

Applicants should:

• Be between 18 and 30 years old.
• Have an interest in volunteering and community development.
• Be motivated to contribute positively to their community.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate responsibility, commitment, and respect for diversity.
• Be available to participate in activities in Saida as required.
• Previous volunteering or community engagement experience is an asset but not mandatory.

 

What Volunteers Will Gain

Selected volunteers will have the opportunity to:

• Gain practical experience in community and development work.
• Develop communication, teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Participate in community initiatives in their sector of interest.
• Build connections with other young people, community members, and local stakeholders.
• Contribute to meaningful initiatives serving communities in Saida.

  تعلن جمعية التنمية للإنسان والطبيعة  (DPNA) عن فتح باب التطوع أمام الشباب والشابات الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 18 و30 عاماً، للمشاركة في ودعم الأنشطة والمبادرات المجتمعية في مدينة صيدا. وتحضيرا للعالم 2027 للمناسبة الهامه بشأن المدينه ودورها كعاصمة الثقافة والحوار .

  يمكن للمتقدمين اختيار مجال واحد أو أكثر من المجالات التالية:

• البيئة
• اللجان الشعبية والمجتمعية في أحياء صيدا
• ريادة الأعمال
• السياحة
• الأنشطة والمبادرات المتعلقة بكبار السن والعمل مع المسننين
• الثقافة والتراث

• المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

  بحسب المجال المختار وطبيعة النشاط، قد تشمل مهام المتطوعين ما يلي

• المساهمة في تنظيم وتنفيذ الأنشطة والفعاليات والحملات والمبادرات التوعوية
• المشاركة في المبادرات البيئية والمجتمعية
• دعم الأنشطة المنفذة بالتعاون مع اللجان الشعبية والمجتمعية في أحياء صيدا
• المساهمة في مبادرات ريادة الأعمال والمبادرات الشبابية
• المشاركة في الأنشطة والمبادرات السياحية والتعريف بالمقومات الثقافية والمجتمعية المحلية
• دعم الأنشطة الاجتماعية والترفيهية والمجتمعية المتعلقة بكبار السن
• المساهمة في التواصل والتعبئة المجتمعية
• المساعدة في تسجيل المشاركين وتوثيق الحضور والأنشطة عند الحاجة
• التعاون مع فريق DPNA والمتطوعين وأفراد المجتمع والجهات المحلية المعنية
• الالتزام بسياسات الجمعية ومدونة السلوك ومتطلبات الحماية والسرية

  شروط التقديم

  يشترط في المتقدم/ة

• أن يتراوح العمر بين 18 و30 عاماً
• الاهتمام بالعمل التطوعي والتنمية المجتمعية
• الرغبة في المساهمة بشكل إيجابي في خدمة المجتمع
• امتلاك مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق
• التحلي بالمسؤولية والالتزام واحترام التنوع
• الاستعداد للمشاركة في الأنشطة التي تُنفذ في مدينة صيدا وفق الحاجة
• تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في العمل التطوعي أو المجتمعي ميزة إضافية وليست شرطاً أساسياً

• تطوير مهارات التواصل والعمل الجماعي والقيادة والتنظيم

• بناء علاقات مع شباب ومتطوعين وفاعلين مجتمعيين ومحليين
• المساهمة في مبادرات هادفة تخدم المجتمع المحلي في صيدا
