Your Responsibilities

Conduct field and remote data collection activities, including baseline, endline, post-distribution monitoring, needs assessments, participant verification, and other MEAL-related surveys using commcare platform.
Support monitoring visits to project sites and assist in collecting, documenting, and validating monitoring data.
Perform data entry, data cleaning, and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of collected data.
Assist in registration, verification, and validation processes as required.
Support the implementation of Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) activities, including feedback and complaints mechanisms, hotline management, and referral tracking, when assigned.
Ensure that all data collection activities are conducted in accordance with WHH's MEAL standards, ethical guidelines, and data protection policies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of questionnaires, attendance sheets, consent forms, and other MEAL-related records.
Report daily progress and submit completed assignments to the MEAL Officer or designated supervisor within the agreed timelines.
Immediately report any data quality issues, protection concerns, or operational challenges encountered during field activities.
Perform any other MEAL-related duties assigned by the MEAL Manager or supervisor to support effective project implementation.

Your Profile

Able to use a tablet and to enter data electronically
Knowledge of commcare.
Previous experience in conducting interviews/assessments a strong asset
Able to write short reports if needed, based on data collected
Knowledge of common computer programs, particularly MS Excel
Ability to integrate in a multicultural team, good communication skills, must be able and willing to interact with refugee and host communities in a friendly and open manner, good attention to detail, willing and able to work on short notice basis.
