Building BIAT’s Healthcare Expert Network
BIAT – Business Incubation Association in Tripoli is expanding its activities and project portfolio in the healthcare and health-related development sector, with a growing focus on projects and opportunities across Lebanon, the MENA region, and Europe.
As part of this expansion, BIAT is establishing a specialized network of experienced healthcare and health-sector experts who may be engaged in upcoming projects, consultancy assignments, technical assistance, assessments, research, training, capacity building, project implementation, and other specialized assignments.
Through this Call for Expression of Interest, BIAT invites qualified professionals with demonstrated expertise and a strong professional track record in healthcare and related fields to submit their profiles for consideration.

Selected experts will become part of BIAT’s specialized pool of healthcare professionals and may receive exclusive opportunities circulated by BIAT based on their areas of expertise.
Depending on the requirements of each project or assignment, experts will be invited to contribute to projects developed and to be implemented by BIAT in Lebanon, across the MENA region, and in cooperation with European and international partners.
Opportunities may include short- and long-term consultancy assignments, technical expert roles, research and assessments, training and capacity building, project design and implementation, advisory assignments, institutional support, and other specialized healthcare-related services.

Who Should Apply?
This EOI is intended for experienced professionals and specialists with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the areas listed above.
Applicants should have a strong professional or technical background in their respective field and relevant practical experience through consultancy assignments, healthcare institutions, universities and research centers, public institutions, international organizations, NGOs, private-sector organizations, development projects, or other relevant professional settings.
BIAT particularly encourages applications from senior and mid-senior professionals who can demonstrate relevant technical expertise, previous assignments or projects, and the ability to contribute independently to professional consultancy and project-based work.
Applications are welcome from experts based in Lebanon, and the wider MENA region, particularly professionals with experience working across multiple countries or within internationally funded projects.
Selection and Engagement
Applications will be reviewed based on the relevance of the applicant's technical expertise, professional experience, previous assignments and projects, sector knowledge, and alignment with BIAT's current and upcoming healthcare activities.
Relevant experts will be included in BIAT's healthcare expert database and categorized according to their areas of specialization.
When BIAT identifies a project, consultancy, partnership opportunity, or assignment requiring specific expertise, suitable experts from the database may be contacted directly and provided with the relevant opportunity, scope of work, requirements, timeframe, and engagement conditions.
Depending on the opportunity, experts may subsequently be requested to submit additional information, a technical or financial proposal, availability, references, or other documentation.
