Provide quality, survivor-centered GBV case management services, including assessment, safety planning, case action planning, referrals, follow-up and case closure, for GBV survivors.
Ensure that survivors receive accurate information about available services and are supported to make informed decisions according to their needs and preferences.
Facilitate safe and confidential referrals to appropriate health, MHPSS, legal, protection and other specialized services, in line with established referral pathways and with the survivor's informed consent.
Consistently apply and respect the core GBV and survivor-centered guiding principles of respect, confidentiality, and safety/security and non- discrimination while providing services.
Respond to emergency cases and manage the GBV CM hotline.
Maintain accurate, complete and confidential case files and ensure safe handling and storage of sensitive information.
Ensure timely documentation and appropriate use of approved case management and information management tools, including GBVIMS.
Identify protection, safety and service-access concerns and report relevant gaps or risks to the supervisor through established mechanisms.
Contribute to GBV awareness, outreach and information sessions for women, girls and relevant community structures, ensuring that activities do not compromise survivors' safety or confidentiality.
Participate in relevant team meetings, supervision, case reviews, coordination and capacity-building activities.
Prepare timely weekly and monthly reports using accurate, non-identifying and aggregated information as required.
Prepare and submit accurate weekly, monthly and other required reports within established deadlines.
Provide timely updates to the supervisor regarding case management activities, referrals, follow-up, outreach and identified service gaps.
Document project progress through tracking attendance sheets, observations, photos, case management tracker
Represent Nabad in relevant coordination forums, including working groups and sectoral coordination meetings, and actively contribute to discussions, information sharing, and joint planning.
Provide/facilitate GBV trainings for all relevant community actors, including psychosocial First Aid Volunteers, Community Health Volunteers, women groups, other informal and formal community structures, and any other identified groups on GBV topics, including but not limited to: GBV basic concepts &referral pathways, guiding principles, sexual exploitation and abuse.
Comply with Nabad's Code of Conduct, PSEA, safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection and other relevant organizational policies.
Maintain professional boundaries and contribute to a respectful, inclusive and collaborative team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required by urgent child protection cases or program needs, in accordance with organizational policies.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.
