English Language Officer
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Student Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current students.
- Provide accurate information about English language courses and test preparation programs, including TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, GRE, and GMAT.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.
- Ensure a positive customer experience from initial inquiry through enrollment.
Sales & Business Development
- Promote English language and test preparation programs to individuals, schools, universities, and corporate clients.
- Follow up on prospective student leads and support enrollment growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand program participation and develop new partnerships.
- Support departmental efforts to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
Marketing & Outreach
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional activities, information sessions, open houses, and recruitment events.
- Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
Program Administration
- Maintain accurate student records, databases, and enrollment documentation.
- Coordinate class schedules, registrations, and program logistics.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and departmental documents.
- Support instructors and program staff to ensure smooth program delivery.
Reporting & Data Management
- Track inquiries, enrollments, customer feedback, and program performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of student and program information.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in English Language, English Literature, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in business administration or a related business discipline is preferred.
Experience
- Experience in English language training, test preparation, education, or training organizations is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, business development, program administration, or educational services.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated sales and marketing capabilities.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/database systems.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
