Purpose of the Position:
Lead, organize, supervise and monitor outreach and community mobilization activities across Makani and Dirasa, ensuring effective identification, referral and follow-up of eligible participants and strong coordination between communities, centers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement outreach and community mobilization plans in line with Makani and Dirasa targets and implementation schedules.
Supervise, guide and follow up the seven Outreach Workers / YCMs, including task allocation, geographic coverage and daily/weekly follow-up.
Coordinate closely with Project Coordinators, Center Coordinators, education teams, data teams and other relevant field staff.
Ensure that communities receive clear, accurate and consistent information on available services, eligibility criteria, registration processes and schedules.
Monitor outreach progress, registrations, attendance follow-up, re-engagement, referrals and community feedback.
Maintain and review outreach trackers, records and reports and ensure timely submission of required updates.
Support community mapping and identification of vulnerable, underserved or out-of-school children and adolescents for appropriate referral.
Identify outreach gaps, access barriers, duplication or emerging community concerns and propose practical corrective actions.
Ensure all outreach activities comply with safeguarding, child protection, PSEA, confidentiality, inclusion and do-no-harm principles.
Support emergency and rapid-response outreach when required and undertake other related tasks assigned by project management.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
University degree in social sciences, education, community development, management or another relevant field; relevant experience may be considered according to organizational requirements.
Relevant experience in outreach, community mobilization, humanitarian/development programming or field coordination.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate field teams.
Strong planning, communication, reporting, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to work effectively with communities, children, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
Good command of Arabic; English and digital/reporting skills are assets.
Commitment to safeguarding, child protection, PSEA, confidentiality and non-discrimination.
