Full-Time Videographer and Photographer in Lebanon at Amel Association

1. Position Overview

Amel Association International is seeking a full-time professional Videographer and Photographer to document its programs, field activities, events, and campaigns across Lebanon. The candidate will produce high-quality visual content that supports the organization’s communication, advocacy, and donor visibility objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities

Photograph and film activities, events, interviews, and field interventions across Lebanon.
Produce and edit videos, reels, testimonials, and human-interest stories for digital platforms and communication materials.
Ensure all visual content meets professional quality standards and complies with Amel’s branding and donor visibility guidelines.
Coordinate with the Communications Department and field teams to plan and execute documentation assignments.
Organize and maintain a structured archive of photographs, raw footage, and final deliverables.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned materials.
Apply ethical storytelling principles and comply with safeguarding, informed consent, and confidentiality requirements.

3. Qualifications , Experience and Skills:

Degree or technical diploma in Photography, Videography, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and video editing expertise.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant editing tools.
Experience producing content for social media, digital campaigns, and organizational publications.
Fluency in Arabic and working knowledge of English.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and centers across Lebanon.
A valid driving license.
Strong visual storytelling, creativity, and technical skills.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to accommodate field schedules and operational needs.
Professionalism and sensitivity when documenting diverse communities.

Duty Station: Lebanon, with frequent travel to project locations across the country
