Purpose of the Position:
Support the day-to-day field implementation, monitoring and coordination of Dirasa activities, ensuring that implementation is organized, timely and aligned with approved workplans, targets and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up implementation of Dirasa activities across assigned locations and ensure adherence to approved schedules and workplans.
Conduct regular field visits and coordinate with schools/centers, education personnel, outreach teams and relevant stakeholders.
Monitor operational readiness, participant attendance, activity delivery and field-level implementation challenges.
Support organization and verification of participant lists, attendance records and implementation documentation in coordination with data and project teams.
Track field progress against agreed targets and provide concise, timely updates and reports to the Project Coordinator.
Identify implementation gaps and operational constraints, escalate issues requiring management action and follow up agreed corrective measures.
Support distribution, use and tracking of program materials and resources where applicable.
Contribute to quality assurance and ensure activities are implemented according to agreed program standards.
Ensure field implementation complies with safeguarding, child protection, PSEA, accountability, confidentiality and inclusion requirements.
Support monitoring visits, coordination meetings and other tasks required for effective Dirasa implementation.
Other Duties:

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
University degree in education, social sciences, project management, development studies or another relevant field.
Relevant experience in education, field implementation, project coordination or humanitarian/development programming.
Strong organizational, monitoring, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct regular field visits and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and produce timely implementation updates.
Good command of Arabic; English and digital/reporting skills are assets.
Commitment to safeguarding, child protection, PSEA, confidentiality and non-discrimination.
